CHINA SUMMER 2012: SUZHOU!

Cameron is back in China for six weeks, on another scholarship from the U.S. State Department's Strategic Language Initiative for youth. (http://www.nsliforyouth.org/ )

She's is living with the Li family in the city of Suzhou in eastern China, about 2 hours north of Shanghai.


Here she is meeting her host sister, Jianing. She is also sixteen and is the top student in her class at her high school. Cam says she is at school 12- 14 hours per day!
